Who We Are
The Consumer/Family Satisfaction Team (C/FST) is dedicated to improving mental health and substance use services in Cambria County. Active in every county across Pennsylvania, our team consists of individuals with lived experience, including past or current service recipients, family members, and individuals in recovery.
Through confidential, voluntary face-to-face and telephone interviews, we gather valuable feedback from those utilizing mental health and substance use services. This information is shared with local providers, Magellan Behavioral Health, and Cambria County Behavioral Health/Intellectual Disabilities and Early Intervention to enhance service quality, identify trends, and address gaps in care.
Who Can Participate?
If you receive Cambria County Medical Assistance and utilize mental health and/or substance, use services, we encourage you to participate in our surveys. Your feedback helps improve the services available to you and others in the community.

Your input matters and can drive meaningful improvements!
