What We Offer

๐ŸŒŸ Socialization

We provide planned activities designed to encourage social interaction, strengthen social skills, and promote tolerance and acceptance of others. Check out our monthly calendar for upcoming events!

๐Ÿค Peer Support

At the PEN Center, individuals connect with others who share similar experiences, such as navigating hospitalizations, medications, therapy, and daily challenges of mental health recovery.

Through shared understanding and encouragement, our members build a strong support system that helps them through difficult times. Many find that emotions like fear, anxiety, and frustration are universal human experiencesโ€”not something that sets them apart. Here, individuals realize they are not alone and have the power to make choices that shape their own lives.

๐Ÿ”— Community Resource & Linkage to Services

We also provide linkages to community resources and mental health services, ensuring individuals have access to the support and care they need. Whether you need assistance with housing, employment, healthcare, or additional mental health services, our team is here to help connect you to valuable resources in the community.

๐Ÿ“š Education & Wellness

We offer a variety of educational workshops and resources on:
โœ” Understanding mental health and substance use recovery
โœ” Medication management
โœ” Nutrition and healthy living
โœ” Coping with difficult emotions
โœ” Life skills and independent living

Through education and peer learning, individuals gain practical tools to enhance their well-being and actively engage in the community. Join us at the Peer Empowerment Network Drop-In Center! Whether you're looking for support, friendship, or a place to grow, we are here for you. Your journey is importantโ€”letโ€™s take the next steps together.
